If within 7 days of purchasing from The Mobility Store you find the exact same brand and model in stock and at a lower price elsewhere (including any applicable freight or delivery costs) we will issue you with a gift card to the value of the difference. Please advise us by phone or email of the full details. This is subject to The Mobility Store verifying the details.

The Mobility Store relies on the warranties and guarantees provided by the supplier of the product to The Mobility Store. These warranties and guarantees may contain certain requirements that The Mobility Store will be bound by in considering whether a product is considered faulty or able to be returned for exchange or refund. The Mobility Store will rely on these requirements so far as they are allowed for by law.

In general terms, unless otherwise determined by the supplier of the product to The Mobility Store, the products you purchase will have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty covers manufacturing faults but does not cover change of mind or damage, fault or failure due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Any unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications, or any attempt to open or dismantle the product will render the warranty void. The defective product, together with valid proof of purchase, should be shipped directly to The Mobility Store address on this website or, if requested, the supplier to The Mobility Store. If shipped directly to The Mobility Store or the supplier to The Mobility Store, you must prepay the shipping and handling charges.

The Mobility Store or the supplier to The Mobility Store will determine at no cost to you the cause of the fault (if any) within a reasonable time frame. Any repaired or replaced product, original product determined to be not faulty, or refund (if a major failure is determined) will be sent to the place of purchase you returned the product to for collection, or shipped to you freight prepaid if you shipped the product directly to The Mobility Store or the supplier to The Mobility Store. The products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. A product presented for repair may be replaced by a refurbished product of the same type rather than being repaired.
