Hire Patient Transfer Aid

Hire the Sara Stedy patient transfer, Oxford Up or Peak Shifty (depending on availability). This item must be hired for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Sara Stedy Lifter enables a single caregiver to assist patients or residents perform sit to stand transfers throughout the day.

PROMOTE EARLY MOBILISATION
Sara Stedy Hoist can support early mobility initiatives by encouraging patients to be active during sitting to standing transfers.

SARA STEDY
Able assist patient transfer aid designed for patients 149-193 cm (4’11”-6’6”) tall and weighing up to 182 kg (400 lb).

PIVOTING SEAT OPENING
The pivoting seat of the Sara Steady can be moved out to enable the patient to stand and provides an angled seated support during the transfer.
KNEE SUPPORT
The knee pad provides support for raising into standing and also to the patient’s legs during the transfer.
PEDAL-OPERATED CHASSIS LEGS
Easily adjusted for access to wide chairs.
CROSSBAR HANDLE
Allows the patient to support themselves actively by pulling.

Oxford Up – The last image shows the Oxford Up specifications.  If you require a “portable” item that will fit in most SUVs and hatchbacks we recommend the Oxford Up which quickly and simply disassembles.

The hire rate for this item is $70 per week.
