- *#Free freight for online orders over $99 does not apply to deliveries to Tasmania, Northern Territory, country Queensland, country South Australia or country Western Australia. Please contact us prior to ordering for a quote on freight to these areas.
- *#Some bulky items with a cost greater than $100 may have a bulky goods surcharge applicable which we will advise to you by phone or email prior to processing your order.
- *#Free freight/flat shipping rates are only for online purchases of products and does not apply to hire items or NDIS orders.
- In the rare event that the product you are ordering is not in stock, is built to order or requires some additional configuration we will notify you.
- Whilst the The Mobility Store uses every endeavour to rapidly deliver your order we cannot guarantee a delivery time due to the vagaries of our large and unpredictable country.
- We only use reputable road freight carriers however The Mobility Store is not liable for delayed delivery of your order and is not able to guarantee the delivery services of third-party service providers.
- Delivery outside Australian capital cities – an order being delivered outside a metropolitan location may take in excess of 7 working days to ship and deliver.
- Overseas Sales – purchases for delivery overseas cannot be made through our website. Sales to any customer outside of Australia will only be quoted following a specific request by email to rik@mobilitystore.com.au*
