Shipping & Deliveries#
The Mobility Store will endeavour to promptly despatch your order within one working day from receipt of your order and payment.
Please check our shipping terms below.
- All purchases will incur a minimum shipping fee of $19.95.
- Bulky items are subject to an additional surcharge, which will be communicated to you via phone or email before your order is processed.
- Hire items requiring delivery will incur a delivery and pickup fee. We will provide you with a delivery quote after contacting you.
- In the event that the product you are ordering is out of stock, made to order, or requires additional configuration, we will notify you promptly.
- Some items may require partial assembly and in such cases the price does not include any assembly by The Mobility Store.
- While The Mobility Store makes every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to the unpredictable nature of freight across Australia.
- Deliveries outside Australian capital cities may take more than 7 working days to ship and deliver.
- We only engage reputable road freight carriers, however, The Mobility Store is not liable for delivery delays and cannot guarantee the services of third-party providers.
- International Sales – Purchases for delivery outside Australia cannot be made through the website. For overseas orders, please request a quote by emailing rik@mobilitystore.com.au.
