We don’t want you to worry about getting the right product for your needs so we give you 7 days to inspect it and advise us* if it isn’t exactly what you expected.

Do you live in Melbourne metro? We have a prompt and personalised delivery service across and will adjust and/or set up equipment in your home.

Melbourne shop-at-home service – if you live in Melbourne  we can bring our store to you.

Prefer to order online or over the phone?  We make it easy to return* or exchange* your purchase.  If you live in Melbourne and the item was over $100 we will pick it up FREE of charge from your home.

We can bring your order out to your car or even demonstrate a product for you without you leaving your car.  Just phone us when you arrive in the carpark.

*A few conditions for your returns to ensure you receive a full credit –  if you are not completely satisfied with your product you can arrange to return the product within 7 days after you received the product.  Please phone or email us first as we would love to help solve any issues with the item.

If you would like to arrange to return a product please be aware of the following:

1. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and able to be resold by The Mobility Store as a new product.

2. You are responsible for paying the costs to return the product back to The Mobility Store.

3. Hygiene – due to hygiene laws and regulations The Mobility Store is unable to accept a return on any product that comes into contact with the body in an unsanitary way or that could be affected by micro-organisms. This includes but is not limited to shower equipment, toileting aids, cushions, compression wear, mattresses, and daily living aids that may come into contact with the mouth or body.

4. If the product is not considered to be affected by the above conditions and hygiene policy then an item can be returned and a refund can be arranged subject to the following and our prior approval of your Return Request by email

5. If a returned item is found to not comply with the above the above conditions we will happily return it to you freight-free.
