The Kneewalker is designed for anyone that has “below knee” pathology. It is typically used by individuals who have experienced sprained ankles, foot fractures, ruptured Achilles tendons, bunions, gout, lower limb amputations & lower extremity ulcers (often resulting from diabetes).

Also known as a knee scooter, it provides a safe, comfortable and easy-to-manoeuvre alternative to crutches for persons recovering from a below-the-knee injury or surgery, that requires the foot and/or leg to avoid weight bearing during recovery. It generally has 4 wheels, handle bars with handbrakes and a padded platform on which to rest your injured leg. This walker is less physically demanding than crutches, decreasing the amount of energy required to move about and perform daily activities.
